Summary
SubSweep is an offline-first subscription and recurring-outgoing audit. It has no SubSweep account, advertising, analytics or tracking. NXeraTech does not collect, receive or store your audit, financial notes, renewal history, generated documents or app usage.
SubSweep cannot see your bank account. It does not use open banking, read transactions, connect to financial accounts or contact subscription providers. It knows only what you choose to type into the app.
Information stored on your device
The app can store outgoing names, categories, amounts and price history; cadence and renewal dates; payment-method and cancellation notes; notice periods; household tags; active, paused, cancellation and cancelled status; trial dates; alert lead times; general notes; and saved-money events.
This audit is stored in the app's private local Room database. The financial database is excluded from Android cloud backup. Android's user-controlled device-to-device transfer may transfer local app data when you set up another device.
Notifications and exact alarms
SubSweep requests notification and exact-alarm access so renewal and trial warnings can arrive at the time calculated from dates and lead times you entered. Alarm scheduling and notification delivery happen on your device. NXeraTech does not receive notification content or delivery records.
Purchases and Google Play
The app's internet access is used for Google Play Billing. Google Play processes subscriptions and provides the app with product and entitlement status under Google's own privacy terms. SubSweep and NXeraTech do not receive your payment-card details.
The app contains no NXeraTech backend, bank integration, analytics service, advertising SDK, affiliate switching service or cancellation concierge.
Reports, exports and sharing
SubSweep never uploads or sends a report automatically. If you export a PDF or CSV, Android lets you choose the destination. If you share a saved or year card, Android opens its system share chooser and gives the app you select temporary access to that generated image.
The selected document, messaging or storage provider handles the copy you send under its own privacy terms. Nothing leaves your device through SubSweep unless you explicitly choose an export or share action.
Permissions and device access
SubSweep does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, bank, account, broad storage, photo-library or media-reading permission. It does not scan bills, messages, notifications or other apps.
Deleting local data
Clearing SubSweep's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app removes its local database and preferences from that device. Delete exported PDFs, CSVs or shared images separately from the destination where you saved them. NXeraTech has no SubSweep cloud account or server-side audit record to delete.
Children
SubSweep is a general household administration tool and is not directed to children. Because NXeraTech does not collect app data, it does not knowingly collect children's personal information through SubSweep.
