SoundDose ("the app") is developed by NXeraTech, a sole trader based in Dublin, Ireland ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: SoundDose works fully offline, records no audio, and we do not collect your data.
SoundDose is an indicative sound-exposure awareness tool. When you start a measuring session, the app uses your device's microphone input to calculate sound-level and dose estimates. It may store the following session information locally:
SoundDose never records or stores audio. Microphone samples are analysed in real time only to calculate sound level. Each sample is discarded immediately after analysis. The app does not save raw audio, voice recordings, waveforms, or any recoverable audio content.
Session summaries and settings are stored locally on your device only, in the app's private storage. They are not uploaded to our servers, and we have no access to them.
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your sound measurements, session history, settings, or personal information. The app does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or user accounts.
SoundDose works fully offline and intentionally declares no Android INTERNET permission. The app cannot send measurements, audio, or other app data over the internet.
The app does not send data to any third-party service. Google Play distributes the app under Google's own privacy policy, but SoundDose itself contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or cloud service.
Your session summaries remain on your device until removed with the app's data or by uninstalling the app. Clearing SoundDose's app data or uninstalling SoundDose removes its locally stored sessions and settings.
SoundDose is a general utility and is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this policy if the app's features change. Any updated version will be posted at this same address with a revised "Last updated" date.
