SiteSnap ("the app") is developed by NXeraTech, a sole trader based in Dublin, Ireland ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: your data stays on your device, and we do not collect it.
SiteSnap is a tool for documenting job sites. When you use it, you may create:
All of this information is stored locally on your device only, in the app's private storage. It is not uploaded to our servers, and we have no access to it.
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your photos, voice notes, job details, or any personal information. The app does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking.
These permissions are used only for the features above and only when you use them. The app does not access your location.
When you choose to share a PDF report (for example by WhatsApp or email), you are sending it yourself using your own apps. We are not involved in and do not see that transfer.
SiteSnap offers optional Pro subscriptions. All payments are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your card or payment details. Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled through your Google Play account.
The app does not send your content to any third-party service. The only third party involved is Google Play, which handles app distribution and subscription billing under Google's own privacy policy.
Because your data lives only on your device, you remain in control of it. You can delete individual sites, photos, and notes inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes all of its locally stored data from your device.
SiteSnap is intended for tradespeople and professional users and is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this policy if the app's features change. Any updated version will be posted at this same address with a revised "Last updated" date.
