Summary
FreqEar is an offline-first ear-training app. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics or tracking. The app does not automatically send personal data, usage data or audio to NXeraTech or any third party.
Information stored on your device
FreqEar stores quiz answers, per-band accuracy, streak information and app settings locally so it can show your training history and preferences.
If you choose a music file through Android's system file picker, FreqEar reads and processes that file locally for the current training session. It is not uploaded to NXeraTech and the app does not make a server copy.
Data transmission and permissions
- FreqEar does not request the Android internet permission.
- It includes no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or social SDK.
- Automatic Android cloud backup is disabled for the app.
- Opening your own audio uses Android's user-controlled document picker rather than broad storage access.
Purchases and Google Play
Google Play distributes the app and processes store transactions under Google's own privacy terms. FreqEar does not receive your payment-card details.
Deleting local data
You can delete FreqEar's locally stored information by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app. NXeraTech has no FreqEar account or cloud record to delete.
Children
FreqEar is intended for music learners and audio professionals and is not directed specifically at children. The app does not knowingly collect children's personal data.
